Ok, I'm going to give a few clues to what a Pokemon is. First to guess gets a quick, fast 400 PokeDollars.

1) It's shiny form is a lighter-shade of the original form.
2) It learns Curse at level 16, in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
3) It has 7 letters in its name, one being H.
